Ingredients:
1 lb carrots, peeled and cut into bite sized pieces
1/2 green bell peppers, diced
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon dried basil
3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
2 teaspoons garlic salt
2 teaspoons pepper
3 tablespoons feta cheese, crumbles
1 tablespoon butter
Directions:
Cook the carrots and bell pepper in the olive oil till tender, about 10 minutes.
Add the remaining ingredients, heat till warmed through, and serve.
