Ingredients:
2 lbs lean ground beef
8 teaspoons dehydrated onion
2 teaspoons beef bouillon powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon parsley
1 1/2-2 teaspoons brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 cup quick-cooking oats
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup sour cream
2 large eggs, beaten
1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
Directions:
Brown meat in a large skillet.
Drain off the excess fat.
Stir in next 8 ingredients.
Cover and simmer for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Stir in the sour cream and eggs.
Spread the mixture evenly in an oven proof skillet or baking dish and then sprinkle the cheese over the top. Set under broiler until cheese turns a lovely color.
Serve with catsup, if desired.
