Ingredients:
2 tablespoons oil
1 tablespoon ginger, minced
8 scallions, chopped
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/4 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
1/4 cup water
4 tuna steaks
1/2 cup flour
1 tablespoon curry
salt and pepper
Directions:
Combine the oil, ginger, scallions, garlic, Tabasco, and water, and marinate the steaks 6 hours or overnight.
Blend the flour, curry, salt, and pepper and dredge marinated steaks.
Broil or grill for about 4 minutes per side and serve immediately.
