Ingredients:
6 chicken legs with thigh or 6 chicken breasts
2 tablespoons canola oil or 2 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons paprika
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Directions:
Mix spice mixture (all ingredients except canola oil) in a food processor or by hand and set aside.
Rub chicken pieces with olive or canola oil.
Coat chicken pieces with spice mixture and rub some under the skin.
Grill over medium heat for 35-45 minutes, turning as needed.
You may also bake chicken at 350F F.
for 40-45 minutes.
