Ingredients:
1/2 cup tahini
3/4 cup lemon juice
1/3 cup water
2 cloves garlic
1 dash tamari
salt
nutritional yeast, to taste
spaghetti
Directions:
Mince garlic.
Add Tahini, Garlic, Lemon Juice and water.
Mix well (in a blender or food processor).
Cook pasta.
Add tahini sauce to pasta and garnish with nutritional yeast.
