Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 small onions, chopped
1 (14 ounce) cans diced tomatoes, undrained
1 (10 ounce) boxes frozen chopped spinach, defrosted &, with excess liquid squeezed out
2 cups cooked macaroni
parmesan cheese, shredded
salt and pepper
Directions:
Brown beef and onion in pan.
Drain excess fat.
Stir in tomatoes (no need to drain), spinach and cooked macaroni until heated through.
Sprinkle with parmesan, salt and pepper.
