Ingredients:
1/2 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons snipped fresh parsley
2 tablespoons tarragon vinegar
1 tablespoon sugar
1 pinch dill weed
3 small cucumbers, sliced thin ( English are best)
1 small sweet onions, sliced thin
Directions:
Combine sour cream, parsley, vinegar, sugar and dill weed.
Gently add the onion and cucumber slices.
Cover and chill.
Best if served the same day.
