Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 medium onions, chopped
1 (10 3/4 ounce) cans condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1 (10 3/4 ounce) cans condensed vegetable soup, undiluted
3/4 cup chow mein noodles or 3/4 cup dry breadcrumbs
Directions:
In a skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain.
Stir in soups.
Transfer to a greased 8-inch square baking dish.
Cover and bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 25 to 30 minutes or until heated through.
Uncover; sprinkle with chow mein noodles.
Bake 5 minutes longer or until noodles are crisp.
