Ingredients:
1 (15 ounce) cans black beans
8 flour tortillas
6 ounces monterey jack pepper cheese, grated
salsa
Directions:
Heat the beans in a saucepan.
Mash.
Spread on 4 tortillas.
Top with the cheese and another tortilla.
Place on a cookie sheet.
Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes (or until the cheese has melted).
Cut into slices and serve with the salsa.
