Red, White, and Blueberry Smoothie

Ingredients:
1 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 cup blueberries
1 medium bananas, sliced
1/2 cup raspberry yogurt or 1/2 cup strawberry yogurt
1 cup blueberry juice
1 tablespoon sugar (optional)

Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend on high for 30 seconds (or until well blended).
Pour in 2 tall glasses.
Enjoy!
