Ingredients:
4 -5 large potatoes
1 (1 1/4 ounce) envelopes onion soup mix
1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine
Directions:
Peel potatoes, if desired.
Cut into 1/2″ thick slices.
Melt butter and stir soup mix inches
Layer potatoes in casserole dish and cover each layer with onion butter mixture, ending with butter mix.
Bake covered for 1 hour.
