Ingredients:
1 loaf sliced pumpernickel cocktail bread
1/4-1/3 cup Dijon mustard
8 ounces havarti cheese, sliced thin
chives
Directions:
Spread bread thinly with mustard.
Top with cheese and shake chives over the top.
Place under the broiler until cheese is melted and bubbly.
