Ingredients:
2 eggs, beaten
1 can cream-style corn
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1/4 cup butter or 1/4 cup margarine, melted
1/3 cup chopped celery
2 tablespoons chopped pimientos
2 cups cubed white bread ( , about 4 slices)
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
4 -6 pork chops

Directions:
In a mixing bowl, combine eggs, corn, butter, celery, pimiento, bread cubes, paprika, salt and pepper.
Spoon into a creased 13x9x2 baking pan.
Arrange chops over dressing.
sprinkle with additional paprika and salt.
Bake covered in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
Uncover and bake 30 minutes longer or until chops are done.
