Ingredients:
1 lb frozen haddock
2 cups water
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning or 1 teaspoon lemon pepper
melted butter
Directions:
Combine first four ingredients put in a large sauce pan.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
Drain liquid.
Serve with melted butter.
