Ingredients:
1 (15 ounce) cans yellow hominy
2 (15 ounce) cans pinto beans
1 tomatoes, diced small
1/4 cup onions, diced small
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup minced fresh jalapeno peppers
2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon cumin
salt and pepper
1/2 cup water
Directions:
Rinse and drain hominy and beans.
In a large saucepan, combine all ingredients and heat throughly.
