Ingredients:
1 refrigerated pie crusts, fluted
1/4 cup finely chopped vidalia onions
1/4 cup finely diced red bell peppers
1 cup frozen chopped spinach
1 cup whole milk
3 eggs
1 cup swiss cheese, diced
1 (8 ounce) packages of softened cream cheese, cut in 1/2 -inch squares
1/2 lb fresh crabmeat, picked over
Directions:
Line a pie plate with pie crust.
In a large bowl, whisk thoroughly 3 eggs.
Add and mix together all other items listed above, except crabmeat.
Lastly, stir in gently the crabmeat and pour into the pie dish.
Bake in preheated oven at 350 F for 1 hour.
Remove; dust with Old Bay seasoning and serve at table in 5 minutes.
