Ingredients:
1/2 cup olive oil
1 lb ground beef
1/2 lb ground pork
1/2 cup grated romano cheese
1/4 cup onions, finely minced
1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs
1/4 cup dried parsley
1 tablespoon garlic powder
salt and pepper
Directions:
in a large bowl, combine all ingredients.
pat into 1-inch meatballs.
fry in olive oil until browned, approximately 3 minutes per side.
add to your favorite sauce recipe.
