Ingredients:
2 (1/2 lb) boneless New York strip steaks
1 -2 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 (10 1/2 ounce) cans Campbell’s French onion soup, undiluted
1 (6 ounce) jars sliced mushrooms, drained
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions:
Heat oil in a large skillet, then add steaks.
Cook steaks for 4-6 minutes on each side or until it is done to your taste.
Drain.
Pour the soup and mushrooms over the steaks, then sprinkle the cheese on top of that.
Cover the steaks and cook for an additional 2-4 minutes until the cheese is melted.
