Ingredients:
3/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 tablespoon mustard
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
8 ounces small elbow macaroni, cooked
1 cup carrots, chopped
1 cup green peppers, chopped
1/4 cup onions, chopped
Directions:
Mix first 6 ingredients then fold in remaining.
Cover and chill.
