Ingredients:
2 teaspoons paprika
3 teaspoons chili powder
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon kosher salt
4 (6 ounce) salmon fillets
1 teaspoon maple syrup
cooking spray
Directions:
Heat grill to medium.
Combine paprika, chili powder, cumin, and brown sugar.
Sprinkle fish with salt and then rub fish with paprika mixture.
Place fish on grill rack coated iwth cooking spray and grill 7 minutes.
Drizzle fish with syrup and grill 1 minute or until fish flakes easily.
