Ingredients:
1/2 cup rice
1 onions, chopped
3 cups potatoes, sliced
salt & pepper
1 lb hamburger
1 (15 ounce) cans tomatoes
Directions:
Season hamburger with salt and pepper and spread in the bottom of an oven safe 2 quart casserole dish.
Spread uncooked rice over hamburger.
Add sliced onions, then sliced potatoes and season with salt and pepper.
Pour can of tomatoes over all.
Bake in 350F oven for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
