Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
2 large onions ( sliced)
1 stalk celery ( Diced)
1 (10 1/2 ounce) cans cream of chicken soup
1 (10 1/2 ounce) cans mushroom soup
2 1/2 cups water
1 cup uncooked rice ( not instant)
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 cup bean sprouts ( to be sprinkled on top after it is baked)
Directions:
Brown the ground beef with onions and celery; add the rest of the ingredients (except the bean sprouts) and stir together well.
Butter or grease casserole dish.
Place the ingredients in the casserole dish.
Bake at 325F for 1-1/2 hours.
Sprinkle with bean sprouts and serve.
