Ingredients:
4 cups cooked and drained rotelle pasta
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1/4 cup freshly grated romano cheese
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
Directions:
In lg skillet, over med-hi heat, combine pasta, oil, and garlic.
Cook and stir for 5 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients.
Stir well.
