Ingredients:
3 medium tomatoes ( about 1 lb)
1/2 medium green bell peppers, cut into 1-inch pieces
1/2 small cucumbers, peeled and sliced
2 teaspoons lemon juice, fresh
1/2 teaspoon horseradish, prepared
2 -3 drops hot red pepper sauce
5 ice cubes
1 teaspoon dill weed
Directions:
Peel, core, seed and chop the tomatoes.
Place the tomatoes, green pepper, and the cucumber in electric blender and blend at high speed for 1 minute or until smooth.
Add the lemon juice, horseradish, red pepper sauce, dill, and ice cubes; blend 1 minute longer, or until smooth.
