Ingredients:
1 (6 fluid ounce) cans frozen pineapple concentrate, unthawed
2 bananas, peeled and cut into pieces
1 cup ice cubes
2 tablespoons sugar
1 1/2 cups club soda
2/3 cup Bourbon
Directions:
Combine first 4 ingredients (pineapple juice – sugar) in a blender or food processor and blend into smooth.
Transfer to a chilled pitcher and stir in soda and bourbon.
