Ingredients:
1 (28 ounce) packages o’brien frozen potatoes
4 ounces butter ( melted)
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
8 ounces sour cream
1 (10 3/4 ounce) cans cream of chicken soup
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and place in a greased 9×13 inch pan.
Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 to 1-1/2 hours or until golden brown and bubbly.
