Ingredients:
10 large baking potatoes, peeled, cooked and mashed
1 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
1 cup sour cream
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
chives, finely chopped
paprika
butter, to taste
Directions:
Combine all the ingredients, except paprika and butter.
Beat until fluffy.
Place in a greased casserole dish.
Top with butter and sprinkle with paprika and refrigerate until ready to bake.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
