Ingredients:
6 large onions, sliced
10 garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon curry
1 tablespoon hot curry ( opitional)
3 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 cup vegetable broth
salt, to taste
Directions:
In a large non-stick skillet, add olive oil and saute the onions, garlic, curry and hot curry (if using) until caramelized.
Add 1/4 cup vegetable broth and salt, to taste; mix and cook an additional few minutes, until liquid evaporates.
Serve and feel better!
