Ingredients:
1 plain croissants, cut in half
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1/4-1/2 cup chopped cooked chicken breasts
2 slices cheddar cheese
salt and pepper
Directions:
Cut croissant in half and spread mayonnaise on both sides (use more is desired).
Place chicken on one side of the croissant, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Top with cheddar slices and serve.
