Ingredients:
2 tablespoons margarine or 2 tablespoons butter
1 cup sliced celery
1/4 cup chopped onions
3 cups cubed cooked chicken
1/2 cup chopped cashews
1/4 cup water or 1/4 cup chicken broth
1 (10 1/2 ounce) cans condensed cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 cups frozen peas
1 (2 ounce) jars sliced pimientos, drained
1/2 cup crisp chow mein noodles
1/4 cup cashew pieces

Directions:
Heat oven to 350.
Melt margarine in large saucepan over medium heat.
Add celery ond onion; cook until crisp-tender.
Stir in remaining casserole ingredients.
Pour into 1 1/2 quart or 2 quart casserole.
Bake at 350 for 25 to 30 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
Sprinkle topping ingredients over casserole.
Bake an additional 5 minutes or until topping is warm.
