Ingredients:
2 cups steamed rice ( hot or cold)
1 cup sour cream
1 cup grated cheddar cheese ( sharp is best, but use whatever you have)
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Directions:
In a greased baking dish, mix together all ingredients.
Bake at 350 degrees until heated thru and cheese is melted.
About 20 min or so. Dig in!

Servings: Serve

Time preparation: 25 min.

Time total: 45 min.
