Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 3/4 cups water
2/3 cup ketchup
1 tablespoon prepared mustard
2 cups MINUTE White Rice, uncooked
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:
Brown meat in large skillet on medium high heat and drain.
Add water, ketchup and mustard.
Bring to a boil.
Stir in rice, Sprinkle with cheese, cover.
Cook on low heat 5 minutes.
Stir.
