Ingredients:
4 medium peeled beets, , cooked,cooled and cut into small dice
16 ounces plain low-fat yogurt
chopped fresh dill ( , for garnish)
Directions:
Fold the beets gently into the yogurt.
Place in a serving bowl and garnish with chopped dill.
