Ingredients:
1 tablespoon Thai red curry paste
2 tablespoons dry roasted peanuts
1/2 onions, sliced
4 ounces coconut milk ( 1/3 12oz can)
4 tablespoons water
4 ounces sirloin, sliced thinly
1 potatoes, peeled, sliced
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon vinegar
Directions:
Put all ingredients together in a saucepan and simmer for 20 minutes.
