Ingredients:
4 bananas
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoons rum or 2 tablespoons brandy
Directions:
Peel bananas.
Slice lengthwise and place in a flat roaster.
Add sugar, butter and rum.
Cover and heat over medium heat for 10 minutes.
Reduce heat and cook for 15 minutes more.
