Ingredients:
1 cup sugar
3 eggs
1 cup oil
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups firm apples, peeled and sliced
1 cup chopped walnuts
Directions:
Combine sugar and eggs.
Stir in oil and vanilla.
Combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt and add to sugar mixture, stirring to combine.
Stir in apples and walnuts.
Spread evenly in an ungreased 13×9-inch pan.
Bake at 375 F for 45-50 minutes.
