Ingredients:
2 cups Jiffy baking mix
1/3 cup applesauce
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup water
Directions:
Preheat lightly greased, or nonstick, griddle or skillet until hot. Griddle is ready when drips of water dance and sizzle when dropped on it.
Mix all ingredients together, until smooth.
Spoon batter by quarter cups onto griddle. Turn. Pancakes are ready to turn when the outer edges are dry. The bubbles that rise to the top of the batter will also have popped .
Cook until golden brown on both sides.
Serve warm.
