Ingredients:
1 tablespoon oil
1 lb boneless sirloin steaks, cut into 1-inch cubes
1 (2 1/2 ounce) envelopes Lipton beefy mushroom soup mix
1 cup water
2 tablespoons tomato paste
1 (14 1/2 ounce) cans new potatoes, drained and cut into chunks
1 (10 ounce) packages peas and carrots, frozen and thawed
Directions:
In 12-inch nonstick skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat and brown steak.
Stir in remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil over high heat.
Reduce heat to low and simmer uncovered 10 minutes or until steak is tender.
